💼 Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Support Assistant, your role is vital in keeping the store operations smooth and customers happy. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • 🔁 Product Support & Movement
    • Help sales associates by fetching alternate sizes, colors, or styles.
    • Move stock between floors and back-of-house areas swiftly and accurately.
  • 🛒 Stock Organization & Replenishment
    • Ensure products are always restocked and organized on both the shop floor and in storage.
    • Collect returned merchandise from cash desks and hand over for re-labeling.
  • 📦 Inventory Support
    • Participate in regular inventory checks, manual counts, and stock audits.
  • 🧹 Store Maintenance
    • Keep shop floor and BOH areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • 🎁 Customer Service Assistance
    • Support during busy periods by helping wrap and pack multiple-product purchases.
    • Assist clients with carrying their purchases when requested by management.
  • 🧾 Collaboration Across Teams
    • Work closely with the cashier, client experience, and stock teams for smooth operations.
    • Help replenish items like packaging, stationery, and fragrance samples (as instructed).
  • 🔒 Loss Prevention
    • Maintain a vigilant attitude and care for all products to reduce loss or damage.
  • 🙋‍♀️ Customer Interaction
    • Greet clients politely and direct them to the appropriate team member or manager for help.
