As a Retail Support Assistant, your role is vital in keeping the store operations smooth and customers happy. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Help sales associates by fetching alternate sizes, colors, or styles.
- Move stock between floors and back-of-house areas swiftly and accurately.
- 🛒 Stock Organization & Replenishment
- Ensure products are always restocked and organized on both the shop floor and in storage.
- Collect returned merchandise from cash desks and hand over for re-labeling.
- 📦 Inventory Support
- Participate in regular inventory checks, manual counts, and stock audits.
- 🧹 Store Maintenance
- Keep shop floor and BOH areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- 🎁 Customer Service Assistance
- Support during busy periods by helping wrap and pack multiple-product purchases.
- Assist clients with carrying their purchases when requested by management.
